How do I order?

When will I get my order?

From the time of order to the moment your items gets to you will take up to 14 working days (with first class UK postage). All items are completely hand made by myself.

An item says "Coming Soon", when will this be available?

As I am a full time University student and I also work part time, I sometimes have to make the "Made To Order" items temporarily unavailable (coming soon) to ensure that all orders get to customers on time. I aim to make sure all items are available to order as much as possible and this will generally be the case. Updates will be found on my instagram page (@sewnbysarahlou).

How much is postage & packaging?

Majority of items are as follows...

UK (first class) :

1 item = £3

Each additional item = £1

Worldwide (please allow up to 10 days for postage) :

1 item = £5

Each additional item £1.50

My item is not here yet, where is it?

Please get in touch to ask when I have sent your order as I obtain proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible if a delivery takes longer or is lost due to Royal Mail.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the fact that I offer a "made to order" service, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure that you are certain on size/design before ordering.

But what if my item is faulty?

I quality check all of my items before they are sent. However, In the unlikely event of finding a fault with your item, then I will of course off you a refund/exchange. Please get in touch with me via the contact page to let me know the fault and then send the item back to me within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in the same condition as when received.

Do you refund the cost of postage?

I do not refund the cost of the original postage & I do not cover the postage cost of the return.

When do I get my refund?

Once I receive the item and I am satisfied that the return is my fault then a refund will be processed via paypal the same day.
